About Me

Running, jumping and throwing used to be my thing! I competed nationally in heptathlon, gaining numerous titles and university records in athletics whilst achieving 1st Class Honours in Sport, Coaching & P.E. Fast forward a few years... and now I'm running after my toddler!

My passion for fitness is evident in my teaching approach, learning from the best in the business through 8 years industry experience. I believe you don't have to be an athlete to train like one! I aim to empower every client to achieve things they didn't think was possible. I've worked with elite sports people and pre and post natal women. Soo whatever your fitness level or goal, I can help you!

I offer personal training for anyone wanting bespoke coaching to help them achieve their fitness goals. I also run post-natal exercise classes where you can bring your little one along!

Post-natal exercise class designed to improve strength and fitness, without the worry of child-care. Enjoy an outdoor class whatever the weather! Build up a sweat with heart raising exercises designed to improve cardiovascular & muscular fitness. BuggyFit focuses on rebuilding strength, mobility and fitness to help with the demands of motherhood.

MummaFit

Safe & effective exercise designed to combat common postpartum challenges. Classes are post-natal friendly with specific exercises targeted to develop strength & fitness. Mums will be guided through a safe & effective full-body workout to help activate muscles, mobilise joints & rebuild strength.

 

Adela was an absolutely fantastic trainer. Whenever I couldn't do anymore, she pushed, but in a supportive & kind way, which was really helpful & managed to keep me going. Adela made exercise fun & exciting. Each session had a clear plan & I always understood why I was doing each exercise. I achieved goals that Adela made me believe were achievable.
